What happens after you return to Indonesia?
Usually the biggest question before deciding: a device fitted in Singapore still needs support once you are home.

How much time should we allow?

Often, but not always. Custom-made devices take additional time.

How much do premium hearing aids cost?
The published range is S$1,000–S$7,000 per device, depending on brand, model and technology level. Excludes components that depend on the assessment.
Can family members attend?
Yes, and it often helps. If a decision is shared, having the other family members present usually shortens the discussion.

Do we have to purchase hearing aids after the assessment?
No. If hearing aids are not appropriate yet, that will be said.
What if a medical or ENT review is recommended?
The team will say so. Some conditions are better handled by an ENT specialist before or alongside the assessment.
Some situations should not start with a hearing-aid appointment.
Sudden or rapidly changing hearing, significant ear pain or discharge, or severe new dizziness should be medically assessed first rather than through a routine hearing-aid appointment. This is not a diagnosis — it is guidance towards the right route.
