We keep this as small as possible. The page asks for no personal details and stores none of your answers on our servers.

What we do not ask for
This page does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, passport number or medical history. There is no sign-up form and no email collection.
As a result, the only way we learn anything about your situation is through a WhatsApp conversation you choose to start.
Your answers to the visit planner
Your answers to the short questions live in your browser memory only, for as long as the page is open. They are never sent to our servers, never written into the address bar, and never included in analytics or advertising data.
They are used for one thing: assembling the WhatsApp message that you review and edit before sending.
What is stored in your browser
One simple yes/no flag recording that you looked into the existing hearing-aid path, so the relevant section can be surfaced earlier.
One session flag recording that you dismissed the WhatsApp button at the bottom of the screen, so it does not reappear during the same visit.
One session record of the click that brought you here — the ad click id and campaign parameters (such as utm_source). It is used for aggregate reporting only, never contains your answers, and disappears when the session ends.
All of it stays on your device, is never transmitted by this page, and disappears when you clear your browser data.
Analytics
Only neutral events are recorded, with no content attached: a page view, a reader who stayed long enough to count as engaged, the planner being started, the planner being completed, and a WhatsApp button being clicked.
No question answers, hearing status, service type or price answer is ever sent as analytics data. IP addresses are anonymised.
Advertising pixel
The Taboola pixel loads only once a campaign pixel ID has been configured. Until then the page loads no third-party script at all.
When it does load, it receives event names only. None of your answers are attached.
Audiences and retargeting
We do not build audiences based on health, we do not create retargeting segments from visits to this page, and we do not use your answers to build advertising audience lists.
The message is assembled in your browser and only opens in your own WhatsApp app. Nothing is sent until you press send.
Once you send it, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp own terms and privacy policy.
